Camden tourist attractions

Camden is a city in New Jersey, USA. It is located directly across the Delaware River from PhiladelphiaPennsylvania.

Here are some popular tourist attractions in Camden.

  • Adventure Aquarium – Originally opened in 1992, it re-opened in its current form in 2005. It features around 8,000 animals, which live in varied forms of semi-aquatic, freshwater, and marine habitats.







  • Campbell's Field – This 6,425-seat baseball park hosted its first regular season baseball game on May 11, 2001. It was home to the Camden Riversharks and the Rutgers University–Camden baseball team. The stadium was acquired by Camden County in 2015 and demolished in 2018 to make way for a new athletic complex.

  • Harleigh Cemetery – Established in 1885, the cemetery is the burial site of Walt Whitman, several Congressmen, and many other South Jersey notables.
