Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens

More than 20,000 people visit this 157-acre clean and well-maintained zoo. Established in the year of 1892 by Sri Chamarajendra Wodeyar, this popular zoo houses various life forms, including elephants, giraffes, anacondas, lions, zebras, rhinoceros, tigers and baboons. It is one of the major Mysore attractions for children.
The zoo is around 3 kilometers from Mysuru bus stand and approximately 2 kilometers from Mysuru Palace. It is easily accessible by bus and auto rickshaw.

Brindavan Gardens

This beautiful terrace garden is located just one level below the Krishna Raja Sagara Dam, a gravity dam that impounds River Kaveri. Lush green lawns, beautiful flowers and fountains in this ornamental garden enchant your child.
